I don’t call myself the MD to give people the idea I run an empire or anything. I do have a network of people I can call on if I can’t do everything myself. I’m all about the personal touch and cutting out the jargon to get to the nub of things.

Whilst most problems won’t be as complex as calculating remuneration packages for overseas employees and the resulting tax implications, I have encountered most issues a workplace could possibly throw up.
